So we finally put our Christmas tree up this week! We were planning to do it the week before...but the flu ruined that idea! Tate thought putting up the tree was a blast...the best part was getting to hang the ornaments up of course. And the worst part is not being able to touch the tree now that it's all decorated! haha. Poor guy! But he's actually doing pretty good with leaving the Christmas tree alone, and as for the Christmas gifts underneath it? Those apparently don't look NEARLY as fun as the tree and he pays absolutely zero attention to the gifts. hehe. Just wait till he gets to open a few...then he might change his mind!
So here's the best of 6 family pics we tried to take in front of our tree. Please don't zoom into that tree too closely or you'll see that it is actually very old and squished together and actually is quite sad looking. The only thing that makes it look semi tree-like is the ornaments. ;) (the plan is to go get a new tree for a cheap price on boxing day this year!!)
