We are getting to the age now where Tate is starting to want to do a few more things all by himself. He's never upset if we try to help him though...but when we let him do something all by himself you can just tell that he is SOOO proud of himself when he accomplishes what he's trying to do! It's just plain adorable. :) One of the newest things that Tate has learned how to do VERY well is pull up his pants! haha. Yep...you heard me right! And not when he's done going to the potty either...it's just that he's SOOOO skinny that he is forever hiking up his pants in an effort to keep them on. You have to feel for him, because how would you like to stop what you were doing at least 30 times a day in order to pull up your pants because they are falling down? ;) So we decided to add a new accessory to his wardrobe...a Myself Belt! These are awesome because not only do the keep his pants up (YAY!!!) but they are also extremely easy to use. In fact...Tate can even do it by himself! There is not belt buckle that Tate needs to figure out how to use...it simply closes with a piece of velcro. Perfect for kids - especially when you need to make a run to the potty and that belt needs to come off REALLY fast! haha. :) A belt buckle just wouldn't do when you were potty training!
And like I mentioned earlier, Tate feels SO proud of himself when he is able to do something on his own. Myself belts can definitely be a tool that could give your little one a boost of self-esteem. Plus, they are ADORABLE! They are so many cute designs for both girls and boys...and they even come in teen and adult sizes! I could definitely use one of these. ;) Myself belts are the perfect solution for Tate...no more pants sliding down, easy to use...and CUTE!

What a big boy! That is awesome that he is so proud to do things for himself. Belts always look so cute on kids too! Though as a teacher, I always hated that they couldn't do the belt themselves (I don't mind helping, it just takes so much time when there are 20 belts....)- and the fact that Tate can do this himself- awesome!!
Oh what a great idea! My little girls' pants like to ride low too! Those skinny little waists!! :)
What a big boy!
What a big boy he is! And that belt is cute!
