See Kai (Tate!!) Run & a Giveaway!!

Well, it turns out that we've got a 'lil boy who loves shoes as much as some girls do! ;) Let me tell you...Tate was more than excited when he got his new pair of Tristan shoes from See Kai Run in the mail last week!! Maybe he's making up for me and my lack of interest in my shoes...this is how I shop for shoes: if they're cheap, and they fit and they look half decent, I'll buy them. :) And I'll probably buy the first pair I find like this - I am not the "shopping at every store" type. So as soon Tate's new shoes from See Kai Run were outta the box, they HAD to be on his feet. They're a little bit too big on him still, but who cares, right? He wore them ALL day. Then the next day he wore them ALLLL day again. And the next day when he couldn't find them (I had put them in the closet) he cried and kept asking for "shoes" until I got them out and put them on his toesies! haha. Obviously he is loving his new shoes! And I think I would too if I could have shoes as cute and comfy as the ones they offer at See Kai Run! I love their flexible soles - the rock hard soles that you find on the shoes at Wal-mart just don't cut it. Even adult shoes don't have soles as hard as some of those kid shoes!! Plus the flexible soles are so much better for Tate's little feet which are still growing and developing. I'm also a big fan of the velcro straps. It is much easier to put a shoe on Tate with one hand (the other hand is usually busy holding Emily!) if all you have to do is slip the shoe on and velcro it shut. I don't think I could learn the trick to tying shoelaces with one hand...that would be a tough one! And as for the rest of the shoe...they have a leather lining, plus they are breathable and look like they are pretty durable - which is important when you have a little one who wants to wear their shoes every waking moment! haha. :)

There are SO many cute shoes at See Kai Run though! It took me SO long (yes, I am indecisive when it comes to stuff like this! hehe :) ) to pick which pair we wanted! I looove the Emilie shoes - and it just so happens that our girl is named Emily!! But really, they are just the most precious little girlie shoes ever! And See Kai Run has great sandals too...perfect for summer!

WIN IT!

So, here's the problem- I love the Emilie shoes, Jessica shoes, Karen Ann shoes and the Ashley Miaja shoes. But if I win I'll have to narrow it down to just one. They are all so cute.

I see how you had a hard time picking out the ones you wanted! If I was picking for a girl, I think I'd pick the Emilie shoes too, and for a boy I'd chose either the Henry shoes or Oliver! Soo adorable! (You have to tell me how you get free stuff like that...I signed up to do reviews a long time ago, but couldn't figure it out at first so just gave up!)

How cute!! I'm a sucker for all things green, so I especially love the Bent shoes. The Levi shoes are pretty cute too, but it could just be that I'm partial to that name!

Ma Val said...

It took awhile but my little guy would look so cute in the "Levi" pair. There's such a nice variety. Thanks for this giveaway!

I love the Indria sandals. I remember wearing sandals like this when I was a kid, but they probably weren't so good for my feet as these.

Caitlin said...

Those are so adorable! My son'e name is even Ki. :) I really like Rashan, but for the sake of matching (and also my love of brown) I'd get Tristan. They're super cute!

Glad to see you had your sweet little girl and are doing well!

Haha, these are perfect cause my poor boys are so shoe deprived! They have like one pair of tennis shoes each and in the summer they live in their crocks! But I am totally loving the Jacob shoes - they're my favorite colors at the moment! Other than that, I love the Oliver shoes for the style - they're all so adorable!

Hélène said...

You are right about the Emilie. I would choose those!

I really love See Kai Run shoes, too! Both of my older kids are too big for them, but my newest baby will be old enough for them before long now, and I would *love* to put him in a pair of adorable (and foot-friendly!) See Kai Run shoes! I would probably go for Boden, not only because they're cute, but they're my baby's middle name at the same time. :)

Sara said...

I am in love with these shoes! I think my girl's feet would look adorable in the Aprils. She's a bit of a shoe girl herself and I can totally imagine her wanting to wear her new shoes three days in a row and crying if she couldn't find them!

Jennifer said...

I love all the shoes but my favorite ones have to be the Ashley Maija ones!!

They're all so cute but I really like the Hannah!

My favorite pair on their site is the Jessicas. Since they wouldn't fit my daughter and I don't think my son would look too hot in pink shoes, my favorite boys pair is Levi.

Andrea McMann said...

I'd have to say that April is my favorite. My little girl ADORES pink!!

The Aki are so retro cool! I would hope that my son's ankles would fit in them :)
