Stubby Pencil Review & GIVEAWAY!

I found the neatest little site the other week...Stubby Pencil Studio! It even has a fun name. :) I love the name Stubby Pencil Studio...it definitely sticks in your mind longer than "art supply site" or "crayons and cards"! :) So, they sent Tate a little package in the mail. What a lucky little guy! His favorite was the new crayons. :) And these aren't just any crayons...they're SOY crayons! I'd actually never heard of this before I came across Stubby Pencil Studio...but they are a great idea. They are made from natural pigments and soybean oil, and just like their site says, they ARE less flaky and brighter colors than the normal wax crayons. Plus, if your little one decides to take a bite out of them they are non-toxic and probably even healthier for them than the normal wax crayons...but I'm not saying you should encourage the eating of crayons! haha. :) But the cool thing about this site is that their cards and stationary (especially for kids!!) is all made from 100% recycled materials, and all of their other arts and craft supplies are eco-friendly and very safe for your little ones to use as well. What more could you ask for? Plus they have GOURMET SCENTED SMENCILS!! Ohhhh, they smell so yummy. Tate got two in his package...and they smell just delicious! It might be hard convincing your child not to eat these! haha. That's how good they smell! :) So, I found that there stuff was not only really safe, super earth-friendly, but also very cute and fun. :)

So, would like like some? For free??? You would?! Okay! :) Stubby Pencil Studio has generously offered a GREAT prize! And this goes really well with the fact that a lot of people are celebrating Earth Day this week. One person will win the following:

Color 'n Kids Variety pack (set of 8 cards)
Soy Crayons (set of 24)
Forest friendly Colored Pencils (set of 12)

Wow! So that'll be a nice start (or a nice addition) to your arts and crafts cupboard! :) In order to enter ONCE just leave a comment (with a way for me to contact you!) and if you'd like to be entered TWICE post about this giveaway on your blog, linking back to this post and to Stubby Pencil Studio. Then leave a SEPARATE comment with your link. Contest will end April 26, 2008.

AND if you are lovin' giveaways and free stuff head over HERE for a ton (and I mean a TON!) of great giveaways. It's another Bloggy Giveaway Carnival...last time they had over 700 contests you could enter!! It was crazy...but fun. ;)
