All Tuckered Out...

It's been a long year - very busy! Lots of things contributed to that...but one of them was the fact that we had no senior pastor at our church since last August...so that means that lots of those responsibilities fell onto Jonathan's shoulders since he was the only other pastor at our church during that time. So, that definitely made our lives a bit busier - especially his I guess! I didn't do a LOT of extra stuff myself...but he was definitely not home as much...so that meant that I had to do more of the stuff at home. So I guess we were both busier in different ways. :) BUT we've hired a new senior pastor and he started last week...YAY!! So, hopefully the load will feel a bit lighter now.

I don't know if we were quite THIS tuckered out, but we were getting there I think. ;)
So guess what? Our church (which is SUPER awesome and we LOVE it!) gave us a 2 night stay in a fully-furnished cabin at a nearby lake!! We leave today...and this week has been going by extra slow because we've been looking forward to it so much! haha. :) It really will be SO nice to go hide-out in a cabin for 2 days...no phone, no computer, just us.

So...goodbye! We'll be back on Saturday...hopefully relaxed and refreshed. :)

Oh wait...one more thing...Tate's getting a MOLAR?!?!!? What? He only has his 6 very front teeth so far (and you can see 2 more of those coming!) BUT a molar! I had no clue...I accidentally felt it when I was feeling if his other teeth had poked through yet. I guess I stuck my finger a bit farther back than the normal...and discovered the molar! This would definitely explain his more crabby than usual behavior for the past 2 weeks! I figured it was teething...but I'm still surprised about the molar. :) I'm happy though...finally he'll have something back there to chew his food with besides his gums! By the way...arn't teeth normally supposed to come in order...you know, like start in the front and then they work their way back? Or is it common to have only 2 front teeth and then a random molar appear? Just wondering. :)
