Today Jonathan left to go for a week of school. He does seminary schooling part-time and has a module (one week packed full of actual class time) every now and then. He's actually doing THREE modules before the baby comes...one now, one in April and one in May! He wants to get them done before our 2nd little one arrives so that he can take a few months off of school. However...we miss daddy already! He just left this afternoon. Normally Tate and I have actually gone along with Jonathan to school and we just rent a basement suite for a week. A very SMALL basement suite! However, this time, he is staying with a friend out there and since I will not be going along once we have two kids anyways, it just seemed like a better plan for Tate and I to stay behind - a lot easier too. Besides - now that Tate is busy running all over the place I think he would get VERY tired of the one room suite that we normally rent - and since the weather has decided to go back down to -35!!!! we wouldn't be able to go outside much or anything either.
My parents are coming up tomorrow though...so that should make the week go by a bit faster. I'm already waiting for Friday though. Only 5 more days till Daddy's back...and then we can have some more good times with him like this:

And then he decided to move ALL his toys that he had been playing with between Daddy's legs and whew, obviously that was a lot of work because he had to lie down for a rest after moving everything there! ;)
And finally...do you think this lid will fit on Daddy's head? haha. :)

oh I feel for you. My husband crammed his masters in right before the 2nd one arrived. We missed him lots but it was best that way. At least you have some help on the way!
I'm sorry to hear you are hubby-less for a few days. I would hate that. My hubby is a busy guy and not home all the time, but he is always here to sleep. I would have a hard time sleeping without him. I feel for you! I hope you have fun with your parents! Thanks for the pictures! They are too cute!
I feel for you! My hubs works late- 'til like 11:30 at night during this time of year and I miss him so much.
