For probably about 3-4 months straight now Tate has had this schedule at night: bedtime at 7pm....sleeeeeeeeeep all through the night....and wake up at 8am or possible later if we were lucky! It was SO nice. That schedule for a 1 1/2 yr. old is any mother's dream, I'm sure! :) BUT it ended. I am so sad about that! For the last 2 weeks or so he has been progressively getting up earlier and earlier! I thought first of all it was because it was getting brighter earlier in the morning now, so I put a sheet over his window to make it darker. It hasn't helped one bit. So...his wake up time went from 8:00 to 7:45 to 7:30 to 7:00 to 6:00!!!! What?! He's woken up at 6am for the past 2 days now. The first time I got him and took him in bed with me because I thought he might fall back asleep there...but nope...he just lay there and played with his puppy dog, etc. until I finally decided enough was enough, and we got up. This morning he woke up at 6:30am and talked and talked...finally just after 7am he started calling out "Juice" "juice!" haha. Guess he was getting thirsty! So since he obviously wasn't going back to sleep, I rolled out of bed and we began our day.
The only reason I can think of for why he isn't sleeping quite as well as he did for the past few months, is that he is teething again. It doesn't really seem to affect him in any other way than this...I've noticed before that when he is teething he seems to have trouble sleeping as well as he does when he's not teething. So we'll go with that as the reasoning! And then, that means that once he's got his teeth (which could take years at the rate we're going right now! ;) ) he'll be back to sleeping in till a later time, right?
But oh....what a little angel! He's (almost!) always a little angel anyways, but they just always look SO sweet when they're asleep...all cuddled up with his little puppy dog and his yellow blankie. ;)
P.S. I have a really cute giveaway starting tomorrow...so make sure to check back!

isn't it weird how teething effects them in the strangest ways. hope he sleeps well for you tonight and the time change doesn't mess with him too!
How he is so precious in those sleepy time pictures. I hate teeth- Riley is a grumpy mess because of getting teeth.
I love giveaways...can't wait to see it tomorrow!
Oh you poor thang! I would really really not like it if my kids got up that early. ESP. since I'm a night owl! :-D He is precious though!!!!!!
That was a mother's dream schedule. I hope it is just teething and he goes back to his regular sleeping habits. I never had it that good.
He is adorable, asleep and awake.

He looks like such a sweetie pie sleeping (well, he does when he's awake too) but those pictures are adorable. I hope that he gets some teeth quick and then goes back to sleeping so well for you....or at least wakes up a little later then 6! Those mornings aren't fun when mine decide to do that either :(
I tagged you today... check it out!
Oh gosh. I feel for you. Grace did that too. She didn't get any teeth for a long time but once they started coming, she got 2 a month.
I won't tag you now. Lori got you. lol
Maybe he'll change his schedule again...one can hope. He looks incredibly sweet sleeping! Don't they always?
he is so sweet sleeping. Eliza is 6 months old and up a whole bunch at night. I am thinking it might teething but she hasn't cut a tooth yet. You really did have a dream schedule. Maybe he is just getting you ready for a new baby! Can't wait for giveaways! Double and triple yay! I am working on getting a giveaway for my blog.
Wow, that *is* a dream come true. (Pun intended.) Then teething has to ruin everything! ;) Cute sleeping-baby pictures. You're so brave to take them!
