When I first took Tate outside in the snow a few months ago he really did not like it at all. He couldn't walk in boots...he couldn't do anything with his hands since he had gloves on, and yeah...he just didn't like it. Now, for the past month or so it has been SOOOOOOOOO crazily cold that I haven't been able to even think of taking him out to play in the snow! Really...it has been that cold! And FINALLY, yesterday we had a really nice day - the snow was melting in the sun and everything. Now that's what I love - melting snow! haha. Too bad it only lasted for 1 day. Sigh. But believe me...Tate and I took full advantage of the warmer weather yesterday. He's been BEGGING to go for a ride in the Superstore Bin for several weeks now...so that's the first thing we did...we took a ride around the block in the Bin. :) 
Needless to say...he L-O-V-E-D it! Then I thought it'd be fun to let him play in the snow a bit...now this is the part he used to not like!! However, he has learned to walk in boots since then, and he actually likes wearing his gloves! It's a miracle...I know! ;) Unfortunately he saw the swingset...uhhhh...which is 1/2 covered in snow. So he wanted to swing...that wasn't gonna happen, so he got to sit "on" the swing that was under that huge snow pile, and then he just had so much fun playing the the snow that he forgot about swinging! :) 
Then after that was done with...he went for a little walk...and OOPS!!! 
But no worries! It was all good. Not a tear was shed, and I think Tate actually liked the face plant in the snow...He thought the snow was pretty tasty! haha. :) 
It was all just SOOOO much fun...I'll be wishing for some more nice days like this now!! :) 
And after all that...he had to wear the 'feet' and 'hands' from his snowsuit inside for a couple hours! Maybe it reminded him of all that fun he had out in the snow...he just didn't want to let the memories fade......or something like that. ;)

Too cute! I love the face plant picture- nothing better then some bum sticking in the air. I'm glad Tate enjoyed the snow. We haven't had snow yet- nothing more then an inch. We have just had lots of ice. I hope we get at least one worthwhile snow so Ashlyn can get sledding.

He is soo cute in those photos. It reminds me of "A Christmas Story" when the kid in a dressed up in his snowsuit and crying, "I can't put my arms down!" :)
