Ummm...you're still reading? Ok. Well, I'll continue on with my boring post then.
Today was church. It went well...as usual Tate stayed in church for the whole service and was very good. He had fun eating grapes. And he wore his new squeaky shoes to church - everyone thought they were SO cute...the youth all wanted some too. haha.
After church we went out for lunch to a buffet with some people. A CHINESE buffet. But they have Canadian food there too. Yum.
After that the people we went out with lunch for came over for a bit and Tate promptly went to bed for his nap. Yes, it was waaaaay past naptime for the 'lil guy.
And then we went shopping to try and find Jonathan some new winter boots (his have a big hole in them) and obviously we're shopping during the wrong season again because all we could find was rain boots. Yeah. That won't be workin' too well for keeping his feet warm.
I bought Tate some size 3 soothers - but I can only get them in latex, not silicone. He had silicone before...does anyone know if latex soothers are unsafe or anything? I'm kind of skeptical about giving him latex soothers instead of silicone...but I can't get the Gerber/Nuk ones in silicone size 3.
Tomorrow Jonathan's leaving for a ski trip with the youth (soooo, that's why he needed new boots...but since we couldn't find any he's using his amazing (hehe) sewing skills and trying to stitch up the hole in his boot with a needle and thread right now.
And finally, even though Jon is leaving for the ski trip tomorrow (which stinks...I hate it when he has to leave!) I do have something to look forward too. Tate's girlfriend little friend is coming over to play tomorrow with her mom...so I'll get to visit with a mommy and Tate will get to play, play, PLAY! Oh, and this little girl really does love Tate. She apparently talks about him ALL the time at home. ;) (she's only about 8 months older than Tate...)
Okay. That's the end of the boring post. Did you make it this far? ;) Well...come back tomorrow for a much more NOT boring post (i hope!)

Not boring at all! As a matter of fact - it was quite amusing! I giggled at your hubby trying to sew his boat with a needle and thread. Hope it worked for him. I hate when my hubby is gone too- I hope the trip goes quickly and he is home soon to you and Tate. Enjoy the play date tomorrow- I love meeting up with other moms!
I didn't find it boring either...I hope you and Tate enjoy your time together, and have fun tomorrow *this is where living in SK would come in handy* Good luck to Jonathan and his sewing also....and that's really strange that you couldn't find NUK in sz 3 silicone..that seems to be all I can ever find when I"m looking for 2's!!!
I didn't find your post boring at all. I love posts about the regular old stuff my blogging friends do.
I don't know use the latex pacifiers for Hailey either, I just prefer the silicone. I don't know why though. I'm sure if there was a problem with the latex that they would have been recalled.
Not boring, friends like to hear what is going on in your life.
Hmmm... I've never bought soothers, so I have no idea about the latex thing! Maybe it will turn out that he doesn't like them, and he'll give up the soother on his own! That would be cool.

Not boring. It's actually almost soothing...
When I'm bored like this I think how blessed I am, crazy posts usually mean that something is WRONG! Lol.
